Hello, my name is Bienca Salgado, and I am proud to serve as the Director here at Blossom Leaders Academy. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, this field has truly become my life’s passion. Originally from Florida, much of my education and early professional background began there. In 2022, I moved to Chicago, where I earned my associate degree and have since embarked on my journey toward a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
As a mother of three, I understand firsthand the importance of creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children. I’ve had the incredible honor of being with Blossom Leaders since the very beginning—helping to design our center and build the amazing team that is here today.
My promise to you is simple yet heartfelt: I will do everything in my power to ensure that every child in our care feels safe, healthy, loved, and supported as they grow and learn. I am fully committed to giving my best every single day.
