We absolutely love this daycare — and so does our son! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make sure the children are safe, happy, and well cared for throughout the day. One of the things we appreciate most is the regular updates and photos we receive through their app. It gives us peace of mind and a wonderful window into our son’s daily activities and milestones.

Our son gets genuinely excited every day when we tell him it’s time to get ready for school. The team is always looking for ways to improve the experience, introducing new activities and making thoughtful adjustments. They’ve also been amazing about accommodating his severe food allergies, which means a lot to us.

We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this daycare to other families!

We feel so lucky to have found this daycare!
We did a tour and I instantly loved the warm welcome and reception. From the very first day, the warmth and kindness of the teachers have made such a lasting impression, not just on us, but most importantly, on our toddler! Every morning, she walks in with the biggest smile, arms wide open, ready to hug her teachers, and it’s the best reassurance a parent could ask for. Every one -Jessica, Tetiana, Iryna and Bianca all have been super helpful and supportive.

The environment is incredibly nurturing and welcoming. The staff truly care and it shows- they make every child feel seen, heard, and valued. One of the things we love most is how the teachers are helping our toddler find her voice and stand up for herself, in such a respectful and empowering way. It’s amazing to see her grow in confidence and express her needs with clarity.
She’s learning so much every day from social-emotional skills to creative play and everyday I can see newer words and understanding of how little things work. The communication from the team is always thoughtful, and you can tell that every child is genuinely cared for.

We’re so grateful to be part of such a warm, supportive community, and we couldn’t imagine a better place for our little one to thrive.

Our 14 month old son recently joined Blossom Leaders and we were so pleased to see him transition seamlessly into the toddler room. As parents who did not have the opportunity to utilize the Procare app at our previous daycare, we are delighted to have so many details at our fingertips. The daycare is incredibly flexible with timing and the staff are wonderful!

Our son started at Blossom when he was 12 weeks old, he’s 10 months now. I can’t express how loving the teachers are and how well they know each child. He’s still young but he’s really come a long way with his fine and gross motor skills and his socialization. We love seeing the all activities he does. They did such a great job with his paced feeding in the beginning and then transitioning him to solids, for a while it was the only place he’d try foods. The teachers have done a wonderful job checking his skin since he wears a DocBand and he is SO obsessed with his teachers.

My daughter has been attending since she was 1. She’ll be 2 next week & she loves all her teachers. It feels like I’m dropping her off to a second home. They tend to the kids very well & they’re learning! Not just getting watched. I recommend bringing your kids here. You won’t regret it.

My twins started here at Blossom Leaders Academy in mid December 2024 and I can definitely see a change in my son’s speech development. My daughter has always been super independent and always picked up on things quickly, while my son took his time with things. But since being here I’ve noticed he now tries to pronounce words and he’s able to voice when he wants things with his words. I was super hesitant when I switched their daycare because I didn’t know how they would feel with a sudden change in their environment. But they loved everyone from the very beginning and love being at this daycare. All of the staff here makes me feel super comfortable and content with knowing my kids and safe while also being cared for as family.

Blossom Leaders Academy is by far the best daycare in the Chicagoland area. I have my infant and toddler in this daycare and in just three weeks I can see an improvement in my toddler’s social skills. He comes home excited to share stories about his day. The staff is hands on, very attentive and keeps me informed. I am so calm going to work now as I know kids are in safe hands and excelling physically, socially and academically. I wouldn’t send my kids to any other daycare.
